My grandmother was at Neshaminy Manor in the memory care department. It was ran by the state and it exceeded my expectation. The place was very beautiful and well-kept. We were just not happy with the accommodation. They're understaffed and overworked; the attitude is poor. They have no activities, except for rehab; that's all they do.

Neshaminy Manor was a clean facility and well-maintained. The rooms were average sized, but nothing special. The dining area was nice, large, open, and clean. They had a lot of activities going on when we visited and they had a schedule of activities up on a calendar board in each section.

I knew after 5 minutes I was leaving her in excellent hands. All of the nurses and staff You are all so amazing!
